To mark Freddie Days 2026, celebrating Freddie Mercury’s 80th birthday and the 30th anniversary of his statue in Montreux, discover an exhibition bringing together photographs by Denis O’Regan and Ben Perea.

As Queen’s official touring photographer, Denis O’Regan captured the band from the inside, both on stage and behind the scenes. Ben Perea, meanwhile, photographed from the audience, with the freedom to capture later moments of the concerts, rarely documented by the official photographers.

Made possible thanks to the support of our partner, VMCV, and in service in the region since June 2026, the official Freddie Days bus will be unveiled to the public near the Freddie Mercury statue.

Its arrival will be accompanied by a special event to officially mark the opening of the 2026 edition.

This moment will also offer a unique opportunity to capture the bus alongside the famous statue in an iconic lakeside setting.

Some of you may remember Giulia Delogu from the 2025 edition, when she literally scotched and moved the audience as she took to the stage during karaoke.

This year, we've decided to invite her to open the festival. She'll be coming to share an acoustic concert, accompanied by her father on guitar, an intimate moment that promises to be rich in emotion.

Giulia and her father will be on stage for the first time.

Giulia and her father will also be present on Sunday for a totally exclusive project, surrounded by several musicians, a unique creation to be discovered at Freddie Days.

Iron Heart is a hard rock, heavy metal band made up of Andri on drums, Niels on bass, Robin on guitar, and Evelien on vocals. With powerful riffs and boundless energy, they're looking forward to playing Freddie Days and have prepared an exclusive Queen set especially for the occasion.

Freddie Days will welcome Jaroslav Bresky for a piano-vocal concert dedicated to the world of Queen.

For nearly four years, the artist has been working on an album of Queen covers alongside one of the greatest Czech pianists, also known for his collaborations with Andrea Bocelli and listed in the Guinness World Records for having performed 3,210 songs from memory.

The studio details of this project were overseen by Peter Freestone.

This concert in Montreux will mark a very special moment, as it will also serve as the album's official launch as part of Freddie Days, on the lakeside, just a few meters from the Freddie Mercury statue.

ROCK YOU! takes you on a journey through time, revisiting more than 25 songs by the British quartet, with a set made up exclusively of “deep cuts”, tracks rarely, if ever, performed live, sure to delight the biggest Queen fans.

The band has a blast, blending pop, funk and hard rock, and explores Queen’s musical legacy from Smile through to the 1990s.

Ricky Leroy Brown stands for bombastic moments, with a touch of self-irony.

This Switzerland-based musician, whose sound is typically funky and soul-heavy, looks back on notable achievements with his original music across several South American and European radio and TV stations.

Through all these funktastic adventures, Ricky has never forgotten his roots.

Queen were the main reason he wanted to make music at all, after hearing “We Will Rock You” when he was around eight years old.

Queen’s music sparked his journey and gave him the power and direction to “Want It All”. Like every “Rhapsody” before it, Ricky Leroy Brown’s musical life has been filled with twists and magical moments. Early in his career, he performed at the Freddie Days in 2012, where he met Spanish musicians, Q71, who later invited him to become their lead vocalist for several tours in Spain from 2020 to 2025.

Now he is back with his full band, ready to celebrate.

The multi-instrumentalist, his band, and his crew will make sure every Queen fan feels at home, comfortable, and ready to “Break Free!”

A two-part tribute show featuring two musicians.

The first part features a live, chronological retelling of the album "Les Chroniques Mercuryennes", accompanied by a discreet narrative thread and a meticulous visual universe. The second part is devoted to Queen and Freddie Mercury classics, inviting the audience to sing along to the iconic songs of these rock legends.

An original, unifying tribute, designed as much for passionate fans as for newcomers to the Queen universe.

The Lords of Queen will be back in Montreux for an exceptional concert, specially designed for Freddie Days. To mark the 40th anniversary of Queen's legendary Wembley concert and album A Kind of Magic, the band will offer a performance of the album in its entirety, accompanied by a medley of the most iconic moments from the Wembley concert.

For this edition, Lords of Queen reinvents itself with a major new feature: the arrival of a new voice within the project. Singer Claire Benhamou will bring an unprecedented dimension, a new sensibility and additional originality to this performance imagined especially for the event.

Created by the Musical Comédie association, La Bande Son is a collective of young singers aged 18 to 25, accompanied by four professional musicians. Since its birth in 2019, the troupe has been offering original musical performances that revisit great repertoires with freshness and energy.

In 2022, they distinguished themselves with We Will Rock You, a vibrant tribute to the band Queen, retracing its history through a powerful and generous musical staging.

In 2026, La Bande Son will join Montreux to celebrate Freddie Mercury's 80th birthday at Freddie Days.

With their infectious energy and passion for Queen, they promise a powerful and festive moment, true to Freddie's spirit.

This year, Milan Devinne and Camille Grimaud—known for her work with the band King, which has previously performed in Montreux—will be joined by Peter Pohl and Adrien Bornand, King’s guitarist, for a laid-back afternoon on the shores of Lake Geneva, accompanied by their acoustic guitars.

Rather than putting on a traditional concert, the four musicians will perform an acoustic set designed to be shared with everyone gathered by the lake.

The songs will be stripped down to two voices and acoustic guitars, and fans will be invited to sing along and take part in the show.

Queenie, a global benchmark in the world of Queen tributes, will perform in Montreux for an exceptional show.

These artists impress with their energy, musical fidelity and stage performance, which captivates huge crowds, even filling Prague's O2 Arena.

Jana Janovská is a Czech bagpipe player from South Bohemia, a region renowned for its rich bagpipe tradition. She began playing at the age of eight and later taught at her music school. Since her first appearance at the prestigious International Bagpipe Festival in Strakonice in 1987, she has performed with various musical groups and developed a repertoire ranging from traditional folk music to original interpretations of pop and rock songs.

At Freddie Days, Jana will present a solo performance dedicated entirely to Queen, revisiting the band’s greatest hits in an original and unexpected way, where the energy of rock meets the power and emotion of the bagpipes.

Classic Queen is a tribute band from Turin. Driven by the same desire to play, entertain and pass on their passion, they recreate the music of their idols, Queen, in the most faithful way possible, offering all fans an intense and authentic rock experience.

Their approach is distinguished by an infectious on-stage energy and meticulous attention to musical detail, offering a vibrant tribute to Queen classics, whether for a connoisseur audience or for new fans.

They will close Freddie Days 2026, bringing a celebration full of emotion, virtuosity and tribute to the iconic pianist and legendary singer.

In Montreux, right next to the Freddie Mercury statue, in a friendly space, surrounded by Queen fans from all over the world, several DJ's will play in front of you on several independent channels, each one in a different style.

Each participant will be equipped with wireless headphones. An integrated button on the headphones will allow you to switch between the different sound atmospheres proposed by the DJs as well as to adapt the volume at your convenience.

Advance booking is highly recommended and guarantees the availability of headphones, whatever your arrival time.

Pavel Šporcl, an internationally renowned violinist from the Czech Republic, is a major figure on the contemporary classical scene.

Artist signed to the Universal Music label, with his Blue Violin project he will present an exceptional concert consisting exclusively of Queen covers, a world premiere that promises a rereading of the legendary band's repertoire as daring as it is spectacular.

The core of their concept is to pay homage to Freddie's deep emotional connection with Montreux, particularly through the atmosphere of Made in Heaven, a work intimately linked to this place.

Through this project, created exclusively for Freddie Days, the four musicians of "Zu Project", piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar and voice, wish to celebrate the spirit of Montreux and the inspiration the town brought to Freddie, through songs that evoke peace, introspection and beauty.

In parallel, they will offer a carefully chosen selection of songs, not just the big hits, but also more confidential, intense and emotionally charged tracks, to properly honor Freddie.

An intimate, sincere and unique acoustic moment.

Liquid Meat is a rock 'n' roll band created and fronted by Freddie Mack, son of Reinhold Mack, Queen's historic producer. Freddie Mercury and John Deacon are his godfathers, which creates a strong personal and symbolic link with the band's universe.

Together with his bandmates Phil Bondyè and Gerry Spalink, Freddie will honor his godfathers with a set comprised of Queen and Freddie Mercury covers, and perhaps a couple of original Liquid Meat songs thrown in for good measure!

Pianist Ivan Petracchi and singer German Tripel revisit the world of one of rock’s most iconic bands in a stripped back, emotionally charged format: piano and voice.

Leaving behind stadium scale, they go straight to the heart of the songs, the melodies, the lyrics, the raw feeling that made them timeless.

Alongside the anthems, the set explores hidden gems and rarely performed tracks, revealing the band’s remarkable songwriting range, and Freddie Mercury’s expressive brilliance in particular.

The result is theatrical yet intimate, delicate yet bold, these songs finding a natural home in the simplicity of piano and voice.

Don't Stop Queen Now is one of the UK's most impressive tribute bands, passionately recreating the energy and magic of Queen concerts.

At the center of the band is Michael Spence (aka Mickey Callisto), an artist noted for his win on ITV1's Starstruck and for his semi-final appearance on Britain's Got Talent, where his masterful performance of Who Wants to Live Forever triggered a standing ovation. He also went viral with the Bohemian Rhapsody flashmob shot in the streets of Paris: a video that became a global phenomenon, racking up over 550 million views on social networks.
