Terms of Sale

Overview

The general conditions of sale apply to bookings on our website. They are an integral part of any contract between Montreux Celebration and its customers.

By booking a service on the website, the customer accepts the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and without any modification and in their entirety.

Conditions of purchase

Once payment has been made, bookings are considered final. No refunds will be issued, particularly if the participant is unable to attend the Queen Silent Disco.

Bookings are not nominative. The person who made the booking does not have to be present at the event. You may transfer your reservation to a third party if you wish.

The confirmation code serves as proof of booking and will be valid for the number of headphones reserved.

An official form of identification (driving licence, ID card, or passport) must be left as a deposit when headphones are collected. This identification will be returned once the headphones are returned.

Are childrens admitted ?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at the Queen Silent Disco.

It is up to the parents to decide whether to reserve a headphones for their child(ren). Any child without a headphones may participate free of charge.
