On 6 September 2003, a day entirely dedicated to the memory of Freddie Mercury took place for the first time in Montreux.
Organised in collaboration with the Swiss Fan Club, this event offered fans an emotional journey through the iconic locations in Montreux associated with the singer.
Highlights included an exclusive tour of the Mountain Studios and the Lake House, guided by renowned producer David Richards. Later in the day, a convivial meal prepared by Peter Freestone brought participants together near the statue of Freddie. In the evening, the atmosphere turned into a real party thanks to a rousing concert by Dutch tribute band Miracle.
This first edition laid the foundations for an event that is set to become an unmissable fixture for fans of the artist in years to come.
