For this fifth edition, Montreux welcomed enthusiasts from all over the world, who came together in a warm and festive atmosphere.

The festivities began at the foot of the Freddie Mercury statue with Jo le Saxo, whose sensitive interpretations of Queen classics set the tone. Then, the Queen Unplugged Project, from Hungary, offered a refined and original acoustic performance, skilfully revisiting the band's greatest hits. In the evening, the MerQury Band took over with an energetic concert, immersing the audience in the electrifying world of Queen.

The highlight of the weekend was a unique experience organised by the team: a special area allowed Memorial Day participants to attend Elton John's concert in Vevey. Boarding a boat bound for the Place du Marché, which had been transformed into an open-air stage for the occasion, fans enjoyed an intense evening marked by a tribute to the friendship between Elton and Freddie.

It was an emotional moment that left a lasting impression on everyone's memories.
